HomeAid National Capital Region is partnering with Windy Hill Foundation to rehabilitate Barton Place, an existing residential property in Middleburg, Virginia, into five safe and affordable housing units. The project will preserve and enhance long-term housing opportunities for low- to moderate-income individuals and families in the community.
The comprehensive renovation will include new layouts and interior improvements to all five units, including updated kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and fixtures, as well as upgrades to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. The project will also address structural repairs, energy-efficiency improvements, exterior and common-area enhancements, and accessibility modifications where applicable. Upon completion, Barton Place will provide five long-term rental homes for income-qualified residents.

Windy Hill Foundation provides safe, decent, and affordable housing to low- and lower- income individuals and families, including older adults, in Loudoun and Fauquier Counties, while also encouraging self-improvement and self-sufficiency among its residents.
