This project will renovate this existing multi family dwelling by demolishing existing walls and then reframing and drywall the new layout creating three 1 bedroom, 1 bath and two 2 bedroom 1 bath units to accommodate 5 families. We will remove interior stairs to add more space and function for the lower level units. We will inspect and repair electrical and plumbing systems and add sprinkler systems to ensure function and safety. The two exterior stairwells will be replaced and made safe and the front patio will be replaced to ensure a safe and welcoming entryway
