Interior improvements included:

• Replacing outdated and undersized appliances with new energy-efficient models.
• Removing damaged cabinets and worn laminate countertops and installing new cabinetry and countertops.
• Replacing aging carpet throughout the living areas and hallways with durable luxury vinyl plank flooring that is easier to maintain.
• Painting the entire interior to brighten and refresh the home.
• Installing lever-style door handles to make doors easier to operate for residents with varying mobility needs.

Exterior improvements included:

• Removing and replacing the aging roof to eliminate leaks and protect the home from future weather-related damage.
• Installing new exterior shutters to enhance the home’s appearance and provide a refreshed, well-maintained look.

These renovations improved the home’s safety, dependability, and overall livability so that residents have a more functional and dignified place to live.
