In this collaborative effort, HomeAid has partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Washington, DC & Northern VA to add ten affordable townhomes to the grounds of Fairfax Presbyterian Church, creating a vibrant new community.
Essential site work is underway and being overseen by Drees Homes. Once the construction is complete, eight homes will be sold to qualified households through Habitat’s homebuyer program and the remaining two units will be for Homestretch.

The mission of Homestretch is to empower homeless families with children living in Virginia to attain permanent housing and self-sufficiency by giving them the skills, knowledge and hope they need to become productive participants in the community.
