  • Good Shepherd Housing - Main Street Renovation - Alexandria, VA

We were honored to renovate a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome in partnership with Good Shepherd Housing, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing long-term housing for families transitioning out of homelessness. As part of this meaningful project, we transformed the space to better serve its residents.

    The renovation included:

    • The addition of a fifth bedroom to accommodate larger families and enhance the functionality of the home.
    • New luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the home to ensure safety, cleanliness and durability.
    • Reconfiguring the laundry area and providing a new washer and dryer to improve efficiency and functionality.
    • New vanities, toilets, mirrors, and light fixtures in three bathrooms to bring comfort, style, and improved usability to the space.
    • A new pantry door, brand-new appliances, and new countertops in the kitchen to ensure reliability and ease of use.
    • Drywall repairs, fresh paint, and new lighting throughout the house to create a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
    • Installing a vented, lockable door to the utility closet to improve safety to the residents.
    • Landscaping the front and backyard, painting the deck, and sealing the driveway to create a safe, enjoyable outdoor space.
