
This project focused on moderate interior renovations across three 1,100-square-foot townhome units that serve as transitional housing in partnership with Family Shelter Services. The goal was to create safe, functional, and dignified living environments that support families as they work toward long-term stability.

Family Shelter Services is a multi-year transitional housing program that provides struggling local men, women and families with crucial life skills related to budgeting, employment, nutrition, homework and parenting. Their staff and volunteers maintain a safe environment for residents and a new path to dignity, responsibility and hope.
