This construction project renovated a six-bedroom group home for men coming out of chronic homelessness. Lennar Homes added two additional bedrooms, created a common area for residents, completely transformed the Kitchen space to include a breakfast nook and all new cabinetry and appliances making the space more user friendly and inviting to the residents. The entire space received a fresh coat of paint, new flooring, and lighting to create a more welcoming and dignified space.
