    Work Performed:

We transformed this three-story home into a dynamic, multi-functional space—creating three distinct housing units while also enhancing the Alive! staff offices with a dedicated entrance and a private half bath.

Every corner of the house was reimagined with thoughtful updates: gleaming luxury vinyl plank flooring now stretches across the entire home, brightening each room and making maintenance a breeze. The door hardware was repaired and replaced, ensuring smooth operation and security for all.

In the family units, kitchens and bathrooms were revitalized with fresh fixtures, new countertops, updated cabinets, and state-of-the-art appliances. Bathtubs were reglazed, breathing new life into each space. The roof was strengthened with repairs and replacements, sealing it against the elements and ensuring lasting protection. Sticking windows were fixed, their locks replaced, improving both safety and usability for the families. The HVAC system was also restored to full functionality, ensuring comfort year-round.

To meet the practical needs of young families, we added a dedicated storage space under the stairs on the first floor—perfect for strollers and car seats, freeing up space upstairs for living.

With the collaboration of Builder Captain Richmond American and 21 skilled trade partners, this renovation was completed in just under six weeks, making the home more efficient, welcoming, and dignified for the families who will live here for the next two years. The project not only enhances the physical space but also elevates the quality of life for its residents, creating a sense of comfort and stability.
