HomeAid is built on collaboration. We are honored to be at the center of a huge network of builders, trade partners, shelters, companies, foundations, and individuals who have all come together to work towards a shared mission: building new lives for those experiencing homeless in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Thank you to all of our HomeAid partners who make our work possible.
Trade Partners generously provide the labor/materials to get projects done.
Corporate & Foundation Donors provide the financial resources we need to fulfill our mission.
Non-Profit Partners do the hard work each day to improve the lives of the homeless in our region.
The Presidents’ Award, presented to an individual, a company or an organization that has shown exceptional dedication to the goal of ending homelessness with service to HomeAid, is the organization’s highest honor.
The 2025 Presidents' award is presented to Jarod Blaney the President of PulteGroup’s Mid-Atlantic Division, who leads all operational activities for Pulte Homes and Del Webb Homes across the region. With more than 20 years of experience in the homebuilding industry—including leadership roles at Stanley Martin Homes and Lennar—Jarod brings deep expertise and a passion for building thriving communities. A dedicated advocate for HomeAid National Capital Region, Jarod has been instrumental in PulteGroup’s decade-long partnership with the organization. Under his leadership, the company has hosted the annual PulteGroup Golf Tournament for ten consecutive years, raising nearly $1 million to support HomeAid’s mission of helping people experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness build new lives through construction, community engagement, and education. His tenure on HomeAid’s Board of Directors helped expand the organization’s reach and strengthen its ability to navigate economic cycles with resilience. Jarod’s introduction to HomeAid came through Life Director Emeritus, Steven Alloy whose vision of uniting the homebuilding industry to serve those in need deeply resonated with him. Inspired by the spirit of collaboration and generosity among industry leaders, Jarod continues to champion efforts that prioritize safe, reliable housing for all. His commitment and dedication to HomeAid’s mission and to the goal of rebuilding lives in our community is truly inspiring, and has been demonstrated on numerous occasions and in many ways. Thank you, Jarod for your unwavering support and leadership throughout the years.
