HomeAid Northern Virginia Honored as 2014 Top-rated Nonprofit

Chantilly, Va., October 1, 2014 — HomeAid Northern Virginia announced today that it has been honored — for the second consecutive year — with the prestigious 2014 Top-Rated Award by GreatNonprofits, the leading provider of user reviews about nonprofit organizations.

We are excited to be receive this award again,” said Christy Eaton, executive director, HomeAid Northern Virginia. “We are proud of the more than $12 million investment we’ve made in our community over the past 13 years and the positive impact it has had on homeless families and individuals.”

The Top-Rated Nonprofit Award is based on the large number of positive reviews that were posted online about HomeAid. HomeAid is constantly in the community developing partnerships that lead to new and improved housing for people who are homeless. What an impactful and inspiring organization!”
