HomeAid Elects Russell S. Rosenberger 2013 President

January 22, 2013— HomeAid Northern Virginia announced today that Russell S. Rosenberger, Jr., president, Madison Homes, Inc. has been elected their 2013 president.

“I had the pleasure of serving as president of HomeAid in 2006 and I am looking forward to serving in that capacity again in 2013,” Rosenberger said. “HomeAid brings the expertise and skills of the builder and associate members of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association to the aid of shelter care providers benefiting the homeless population in Northern Virginia.  I believe strongly in the role and mission of HomeAid and it is an honor to work with our dedicated Board of Directors, and all of our Builder Captains and Trade Partners, to benefit the communities in which we live and work.”

Rosenberger brings many years of experience in real estate to HomeAid. In 1992, he founded, in partnership with Milton Schneiderman, Madison Homes, Inc., a full service real estate development company focused on creating residential communities in urban locations in the Washington, DC area. Since its inception, Madison Homes’ results have included the construction and sale of more than 900 houses and condominium units and more than 40 successful real estate development projects.

Mr. Rosenberger is an active member of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA), presently serving as Senior Life Director. He has also held positions as president of the NVBIA Fairfax Chapter in 1991 and as president of NVBIA in 1993.
