This will become a large, new facility for Winchester Rescue Mission to add bed space for men. The renovation will include building/removing walls, painting, installing flooring, adding/replacing light fixtures, and renovating bathrooms. This space will allow a section for shelter with no barrier and another area for those transitioning into more long-term assistance, working their way through the shelter.
About Winchester Rescue Mission:
Provides high quality care to individuals devastated by the effects of poverty and homelessness by offering healing from the past, help for the present, and hope for the future. Programs offered: case management, food distribution and community meals, resident shelter programs, and hygiene services.
