“We can’t thank HomeAid enough for all they have done to make the NOVACO home a great place to live,” said Victoria Neeley, Executive Director of NOVACO, Inc.
Brookfield Homes completed the renovation, which has an estimated retail value of $30,000 and included redesigning both the kitchen and bathroom and providing new fixtures, countertops, cabinetry, sinks, tub and appliances, including a washer and dryer. The HVAC system and water heater were replaced, along with carpets throughout the home and new ceramic tiles replaced the existing kitchen floor. The home was also freshened up with new paint. “Because your program took care of so much more than we asked for, we can use funds that we normally would have spent to maintain the unit to give direct support to the family instead,” said Neeley.
