CarrHomes and a long list of vendors repaired a deck and foundation for a Community Lodgings‘ Shelter Care project in Fairfax County. Tim Schiesl of CarrHomes coordinated the project.
David Landon and Juan Sanchez of CarrHomes built the deck; Roger Ogden, P&B Landscaping, replaced the retaining wall and installed a sump pump; Roger Harris, Bee and H Electric Company, provided the electrical work necessary to operate the sump pump; Jerry Clement of Delta Concrete removed and replaced the concrete deck; and George Lollar of Smitty’s Building Supply, Inc., provide Trex materials for the new deck.
